Colored Jeggings

Colored jeggings are extremely popular, and I want to give you some tips on how to style them. First of all, make sure they fit. If they are saggy anywhere or just don't fit your body shape, DON'T BUY THEM. Although, if the problem is that they're just a little short on you, there are ways to fix that. I'm just going to go through a few different subjects and help you out.

Section 1-Fit:
Jeggings should fit you just like skinny jeans would. If they're saggy or not fitted to your leg in all places, they don't look like they fit at all. Jeggings are not jeans, so they don't come in different styles and cuts. They only come skinny jean style, because that's how leggings fit. If they fit you really well, but they're a little short, don't waste these wonderful jeggings and put them back on the rack-roll them up! This makes them more like capris, but it still looks really cute. If you don't want to roll them up, you could also wear high boots that come up enough to cover up the bottom of the pant leg.

Section 2-Color:
You can get jeggings in TONS of different colors and patterns, but the question is, what do you want? First think about your style. Find ones that fit your style. For example, if you have a edgy style, getting floral jeggings probably isn't the best idea. This part will be easy, because if you have a specific style, you won't be drawn to the ones that aren't for you. The other thing you have to think about is your skin tone. If you have fair skin, you may not want to get lots of dark colors because it could wash you out. This goes for all clothing, not just jeggings. The final guideline is what's in your closet. Make you sure you don't waste your money on jeggings you'll never wear because you have nothing to go with them.

Section 3-Styling:
As mentioned in the previous section, styling is a big part of getting jeggings. If you don't have something to go with the jeggings you buy, you're wasting money. The first rule of jeggings: jeggings are not leggings. This means you shouldn't wear a dress or a tunic with them. The second rule: jeggings are also not jeans. This means that as opposed to denim jeans, jeggings don't go with everything. The third and final rule: be creative. If you are more daring with color combinations, your outfit will look much more put together. On the other hand, if you go too far with color, you'll just look messy. Find a balance between the two. My final note is that jeggings may not be for you. Don't try to force yourself into styles because they're popular. Things that are "in" are only in if you look good in them. Be yourself, and remember that the things you see in magazines are guidelines, not rules.
